Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

1. Ownership of the platform

Dossiara, including its software, application, website, features, and all related content, is owned and operated by the platform owner. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the platform to you or to any third party.

2. Intellectual property

The Dossiara platform — including its source code, object code, architecture, data structures, database designs, visual identity, branding, interfaces, workflows, security model, algorithms, documentation, and all textual and graphical content — is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

This protection covers the platform as a whole and every individual component, page, screen, module, template, message, and data structure within it, whether or not individually marked with a copyright notice.

3. Prohibited use

  • By using Dossiara you agree not to, directly or indirectly:
  • copy, reproduce, republish, clone, or re-create the platform, any portion of it, or any of its pages, structures, designs, workflows, or content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, logic, or underlying structure of the platform, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically retrieve data or content from the platform, including shared document portfolios;
  • use the platform or its content to build, train, or improve any competing product, service, or dataset;
  • create derivative works based on the platform, its design, or its functionality; or
  • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, confidentiality, or proprietary notice displayed by the platform.

4. Your documents remain yours

You retain full ownership of the documents, records, and data you upload to Dossiara. These Terms do not grant the platform any ownership over your personal documents.

The confidential records shared through Dossiara are provided solely for their intended recipient. Saving, re-sharing, republishing, or redistributing another person’s shared documents without the owner’s consent is prohibited.

5. Confidentiality

Access to shared document portfolios is granted through secure, expiring links that may be restricted to a named recipient. Recipients agree to treat the contents as confidential and to use them only for the purpose the owner shared them for.

6. Enforcement

The platform owner reserves the right to monitor access, revoke links, and take legal action against unauthorized copying, misuse, or misappropriation of the platform or its content.

Unauthorized reproduction or use of the platform, its structure, or its code may result in civil and criminal penalties under applicable copyright and trade secret laws.

7. Changes and acceptance

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the platform. For questions, contact the platform owner through the official Dossiara channels.
